Q: Why should I use ResumeArrow.com?
A: ResumeArrow is one of the best ways to get in front of many
recruiters at once. In the past, job seekers who wanted to
reach lots of recruiters would send their resume by mail which is
costly and time consuming. ResumeArrow lets job seekers
reach recruiters quickly, inexpensively and effectively. By
getting your resume into a recruiter's e-mail inbox, the recruiter
sees your resume right away and often recruiters will take action
immediately and respond with an inquiry for further information or
even a job opportunity.

Q: Why isn't this service free?
A: The value of ResumeArrow is we sign up and qualify
recruiters who are actively looking for candidates in your
industry and geographic location. Our database of recruiters
is updated daily and therefore provides you with an unmatched
capability to reach thousands of people who can help you land a
new job.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover
credit cards.

Q: How will I recognize the charge on my credit card statement?
A: The service will be charged to your card by our parent company, Hire Resumes, Inc.

Q: Who will receive my resume?
A: Your resume will be received only by third party recruiters,
direct employers and staffing firms who have registered to receive
resumes from us. We currently have thousands of recruiters
registered who work in all industries.

Q: Can I keep my current employer from receiving my resume?
A: Because third party recruiters are signed up for our
service, it is not possible to block certain employers from
receiving your resume. Recruiters generally work with many
employers so it would not be practical for us to ask the
recruiters not to share certain resumes with certain employers.

Q: How will employers and recruiters contact me?
A: Employers and recruiters will contact you with the
information you provide when you sign up for ResumeArrow.

Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: Results vary, and depend mainly on your work history,
education, salary, and geographic requirements. Recruiters typically
respond right away to resumes that appear to match a current
open position that they're working on filling. If they
don't have any positions that match at the moment, most recruiters
will add your resume to a database that they'll search for future
job openings. Keep in mind most recruiters work on up to 10 open positions
at a time. For example, if your resume is sent to 1,000
recruiters, you could be considered for up to 10,000 jobs!

Q: I do NOT want to relocate. Do you have employers and recruiters in my area?
A: Yes! We can send your resume only to recruiters who
work in the state you live in if you wish. When you sign up
for ResumeArrow, you can specify that you're not interested in
relocating.

Q: I WANT to relocate. Can you direct my resume to the areas I prefer?
A: Yes! We offer you the ability to select up to 3 geographic
preferences at no additional charge. Your resume will only go to those
recruiters and employers
who work in the area(s) in which you currently live or wish to live.

Q: Do you have recruiters looking for recent graduates?
A: Yes! Many recruiters work with new graduates, especially newly
graduated MBA's. Keep in mind though that most job openings are
for people who have some experience, so individuals with work
experience will generally have better results.

Q: When will my resume be distributed?
A: Resumes are usually distributed within 1 business day after completion of the
signup process (payment processed and approval
received). You will receive an email confirmation message once your
resume has been successfully sent.

Q: How will I know that my resume has been processed and sent?
A: Once your resume has been processed and sent, you will
receive two e-mail messages from us: first, a copy of the e-mail
that was sent to the employers and recruiters; and the second a
confirmation of the delivery and the number of employers and
recruiters who received your resume.

Q: Will I get a list of the recruiters who received my resume?
A: For a fee of just $10 extra, you can have the distribution list
of the recruiter name, company name, phone number and location of the
employers and recruiters who receive your resume.

Q: Can I send my resume in MS Word format?
A: Your resume can only be sent in plain text format. Many employers and recruiters do not accept attachments
due to the large file size and also because attachments can
contain viruses.
